Benjamin selects a classic combination of black and white for his inspiration in designing the lobby of a Soho luxury apartment building. Keeping it clean and modern, the simple colors allow the true shapes and features of the interior to stand out. The textured pattern wingback chair and the curvaceous acrylic Stradivarius table were custom designed from BNO design furniture. ABYU Lighting's glass-maille tiered chandelier elegantly hangs over the reception desk. A mirror covers a whole wall on one side to open the space up, accentuating the tall ceiling height. The lobby transforms into a lounge like atmosphere, welcoming and seeing off residents and guests.
